Цель или мечта?
Как много мы хотим достичь в этой жизни!
Купить машину, квартиру, загородный дом, съездить отдохнуть за границу, хорошо выйти замуж, иметь идеальную фигуру, изучить vps сервер, список который можно продолжать просто бесконечно. Но как, же все-таки определить несбыточная ли это мечта или, же цель, к которой мы все-таки сможем прийти в свое время. Необходимо проработать каждую свою цель, определить, точно и правильно назвать и, конечно же, стремительно к ней двигаться и ее достигать.
Первое и самое обязательное условие правильного построения цели – это необходимо правильно ее назвать, а именно в позитиве, сложно достичь чего-то, если не идешь к нему, а постоянно от него уходишь. Например, вместо того, чтобы купить книгу про vds сервер и стать программистом, просто «высиживать» зависть к успешному в этом деле другу. Вспомните известную и достаточно философскую сказку Льюиса Кэрролла, Алиса никак не могла уйти от дома, пока все-таки не догадалась пойти ему на встречу. Так и тут, необходимо идти к проблеме, цели, а не уходить от оной. Не говорите «Я хочу бросить курить», найдите ту причину, которая будет для вас основополагающей, к которой приятно будет постичь, например «я хочу стать здоровым», а вот средством достижения это цели будет отказ от курения.
Далее определитесь со сроками, в которые сможете уложиться, что бы достигнуть своей мечты. Именно сроки определяют рамки той или иной мечты, превращая ее в цель. Постарайтесь реально оценить свои возможности, наличие необходимых вам ресурсов, определить какие из ресурсов у вас уже есть и поставьте себе дату, точную, с конкретным числом, когда вы сможете сказать «Эта цель мной достигнута». Ваша цель обязательно должна быть собственной, невозможно осуществить свое желание в полной мере и со стопроцентной уверенностью в положительном исходе, если его реализация при этом зависит от кого-нибудь еще.
Так же вы должны определить, что именно вы согласны были бы заплатить за достижение этой цели, какая потеря была бы для вас нормальной, например потерянное время, отсутствие возможности развлечься, что именно вы можете потерять, проанализируйте путь, по которому вы собираетесь идти, что бы достичь желаемого.
Идите к целям, достигайте их и помните в этой жизни, возможно, все, нужно только захотеть.
