Страх сцены или как не провалить выступление
В этой статье рассказывается причина страха публики, сцены. А также несколько способов подавить это чувство и удачно выступить перед большим количеством людей.
Каждый человек обладает своим набором страхов и фобий. Есть вещи, которых мы боимся больше или меньше других. Но есть фобия, которая страшнее чем страх смерти. Фобия, которая может вызвать временную немоту и оцепенение. Это называется пейрафобией, страхом сцены. Но каждому из нас, хоть раз приводилось выступать перед кем-либо. Это могло быть в детском саду, или в школе, или перед родственниками. А также есть множество профессий, в которых умение красиво говорить является фактором успеха.
Большой публики боятся почти все. Но не все могут в этом признаться. Даже опытный оратор может испытывать страх сцены. Чтобы выступление прошло успешно, произносимый текст должен быть умели написан. Выступающий должен его хорошо знать, и хорошо разбираться в том, о чем он говорит. Ведь кроме страха перед публикой, есть страх неизвестности.
Боязнь публики родом из истории человека. Он рождается из страха общества. Вырабатывается он в детстве, зависит от воспитания родителями, окружением в детском саду.
Чаще всего, боязнь публики начинается еще до самого выступления. Человек начинает заранее переживать и испытывать отрицательные эмоции. Побороть это можно представив положительный исход выступления. Представить, что это не публика оценивающая вас, а хорошие друзья, которые искренне заинтересованы в вашем выступлении. Мозг не в состоянии отличить выдуманный опыт от настоящего.
Психологи не рекомендуют акцентировать внимание на всей публике. Для начала надо выбрать несколько дружелюбных лиц. Не обращать внимания на тех, кто вас не слушает, или занимается посторонними делами. Если создать дружественную атмосферу, то страх перед сценой будет постепенно снижаться.
Более сложный способ избавить от этого страха, но и более эффективный, это постепенное увеличение публики. Для начала можно попытаться выступить перед двумя/тремя хорошо знакомыми вами людьми. Затем увеличить их число малознакомыми или совершенно незнакомыми. И с каждым выступлением удваивать, или даже утраивать публику. Тогда страх перед сценой упадет практически к нулю.
Непосредственно перед выступлением, следует выполнить несколько дыхательных упражнений. Не спеша сделать несколько глубоких вдохов, затем задействовать диафрагму. Насыщение мозга кислородом снижает стресс. Можно отвлечься на физические упражнения с эспандером, прочитать текст еще пару раз, и тогда, появится уверенность в себе и предстоящем выступлении.
