Роботы заменят нас на работе
Немного о роботах, в частности, о модели “АР-400“.
Современная робототехника развивается в двух основных направлениях – одни конструкторы концентрируют своё внимание на динамике, механике, мелкой моторике, а другие все свои силы направляют на создание высокого искусственного интеллекта.
Робот АР-400 способен работать, например, консультантом на выставке. Дело не пыльное – стой себе, крути головой, отвечай на вопросы, и публика будет в восторге. Но не для того его 4 года проектировали, чтобы он лицом торговал. Такие андроиды могут заменить на железной дороге смотрителей на отдалённых полустанках. Первый “АР-400” приобрела компания “Российские железные дороги”. Его мозг – процессор, а вместо глаз – видеокамеры, которые записывают всё, что видит робот. Таким образом, сканируя лица, робот узнаёт своих знакомых. В его память заложены тысячи слов и алгоритмы их употребления. Он различает команды и реагирует на них. Есть служба, Центр принятия решений, которая работает непосредственно с базой данных, она и решает, что делать роботу.
Синий шарик брать, красный бросать. Игровые модели – простейший пример работы искусственного интеллекта. Робот сам делает выбор, анализируя разные обстоятельства с помощью заложенных в нём сценариев.
Всего не предусмотришь. Это у людей есть здравый смысл, а роботы понимают всё буквально. Например, отдаёшь ему команду езжать на звук и хлопать в ладоши, а он услышит музыку в другой комнате и направится туда.
Учёные тестируют робота, чтобы понять, каких специалистов он сможет заменить в ближайшие годы, а каких через лет десять. Всё зависит от сложности и ответственности операции. Тестирование проводится на территории завода-изготовителя, а также на некоторых промышленных предприятиях в России.
Месяц работы программиста и хореографа, и отряд роботов готов заменить балетную труппу. Сотни мелких движений выполняются с точностью в долю секунды. Самое сложное – синхронизировать руки и ноги. Каждой конечностью и головой управляет отдельный двигатель, как у человека.
В ПТУ идут немногие. Мало кто хочет работать у станка. А людей, которые работают у станка, с каждым годом требуется всё больше и больше. Есть предприятия, на которых уже нет ни одного токаря. “АР-400” для работы токарем не годится. Но уже придумали нового робота с гибкими пальцами и более мощными двигателями. Будет заказчик, будет и робот-токарь. Стоимость примерно 5 тысяч евро. Роботы – пока недооценённый продукт, ведь ценят их не за полезность, а за зрелищность. Считается забавным поставить андроида в приёмной подносить чай, и, как результат, незрелый спрос тормозит прогресс. Пока токари вкалывают, роботы танцуют.
