Почему уныние–это грех и как с ним бороться

Иногда, когда мне плохо, что-то не ладится на работе, все валится из рук, ощущение, что за что ни возьмись – ничего не получается и перед тобой закрыты все двери и все попытки их открыть с треском проваливаются, я думаю о тех людях, которым в жизни повезло намного меньше чем мне. И которым со своими бедами приходится смириться, а они не то, что выживают, а еще и радуются жизни и помогают другим. Сколько существует специальных общест и центров для людей, попавших в беду или заболевших смертельной болезнью. А когда у тебя просто черная полоса в жизни, пусть она длится уже долго и не видно, как говориться, ни конца, ни края – конец ее все равно наступит, нужно верить и терпеливо и мудро ждать и находить радости в мелких текущих событиях. Ведь мы умеем огорчаться по пустякам, например, нагрубил кто-то в транспорте, на пару дней задержали выполнение заказа, дождь пошел и жизнь не мила.
Что является отличительной особенностью депрессии? Это потеря веры, крах планов на будущее. Нам обязательно нужно осознавать, что впереди нас ждет что-то хорошее, пусть даже не значительное событие, но то, что греет нам душу. Например, предстоящая встреча с друзьями, поездка в Черкассы, шопинг на выходных, поход в парикмахерскую, да даже элементарное принятие ванны в конце тяжелого дня с ароматическими маслами и свечами. Придумайте сами! Это ведь так просто! Человеку нужна надежда. Даже ежели эта надежда призрачна…
Когда уныние меня одолевает, я пытаюсь расслабиться, закрываю глаза, представляю себя в каком-то месте – не важно, реальном или воображаемом, там, где тепло, уютно, и нет никого, кроме тебя. И представляю приятные картинки будущего. В том момент я не то, что верю в то, что у меня все будет хорошо – я на 100% в этом убеждена. И когда я открываю глаза и выхожу из состояния расслабления – эта уверенность и оптимизм у меня сохраняются и на душе становится легче.
Уныние – это большой грех, и если мы будем ему поддаваться и горевать жизнь обернется таким образом, что мы вынуждены будем убедиться, какого же, когда действительно плохо и пошлет нам такие события-уроки. Так давайте не испытывать судьбу. Улыбнитесь первому встречному сегодня человеку и пожелайте мысленно ему счастья и благополучия и почувствуйте себя счастливым!
